CALGARY, March 16, 2018 /CNW/ – Pond Technologies Holdings Inc. (TSX.V: POND) today announced the appointment of Kevin Andrade to Chief Operating Officer. Kevin is a seasoned executive who brings almost twenty years of industry experience with a focus on industrial, mining, licensing and technology.

Kevin has been a strategic advisor to Pond since early 2017. In his new role, Kevin will report to the CEO and be responsible for the day-to-day management of all functional areas of the company as Pond commences the build-out of its first commercial plants. He is also responsible for the development of key strategic marketing, licensing and project development partnerships to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
After working as corporate counsel in Toronto and New York, Kevin spent nine years in the mining and industrial sector as a senior executive for a leading engineering and construction firm that included management of multiple offices and projects globally. He has recently served as management consultant, strategic advisor and counsel to various companies.
